Photoshop is not stable

I have 3050ti laptop an 16 gb's of ram. And my performance settings fine.(like 'use the graphic processor') but my photoshop is not stable and lagging all the time. and i can not use the 3d effects and more. what should i do?

@Ünal34646681wlud 3D effects ended support with version 22.2. Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and select all, copy and paste in your reply.
