PHOTOSHOP IS RUNNING SLOW IN OCTOBER 2019

What is going on with ADOBE? The support team (chat) has had me on hold for 20 minutes so far. 

My Photoshop and all my other apps take forever to start up. I clicked on the icon when my son was 3 months old, and now the page loads... and my son is 18 years. 

You guys need to get it together and either help me or cancel my membership already. I'd tell you in chat but you still got me on hold.
