Photoshop is typing Right to left....why?

I had middle east loaded at one time, but I don't think it is still the case. It does not give me the option to change direction in the paragraph palette... I have lost how to double check the languages in my account. My other apps do not do this.

I type Big, and what I get is ,Big

Go to TYPE > select Language Options > Middle Eastern Features.

Go to WINDOW > Paragraph panel > select Left-to-Right option.
