Photoshop issues - Flashing screens and greyed out lightening effects

Hello everyoneI've been having quite a few problems with photoshop creative cloud edition. We setup a work lab for photography lessons. Brand new pcs. On one of them the lightening effects option is greyed out. I checked the graphics card and it's working fine. On the rest of the computers, photoshop flashes/flickers while the program is in use.Any suggestions. Getting a little frustrated now.Thanks and Kind Regards

HiA couple of things:1. Lighting effects is only available in 8 bit RGB mode - so check that first.It also requires that the GPU is supported.2. The flashing sounds like a GPU issue.Check your GPU drivers, ensure you are only using one GPU and try the other GPU Advanced options - Basic/Normal/AdvancedTroubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues N.B There is known issue in v19.0.1 with the cursor flickering when drawing with the pen tool on a shape layer, but general flashing is not normalDave
