Photoshop issues with Wacom Cintiq 16

I have recently purchased a Wacom Cintiq 16 that is having issues with Photoshop CC 2019 on Windows 10. Zoom and Rotate Canvas tools don't work and every time an error message pops up that says (roughly translated from Italian) "Impossible to complete the request because it's only functional with OpenGL". I read around on the net that this could be an issue caused by conflict between two graphic drivers - but I only have one.
Also, every saturated color is shown as gray on the canvas.

I have been fighting with these problems for months now but I don't seem to find a solution.

Does anyone know what might help?

Hi

You do have two GPUs and both are being seen by Photoshop (an Nvidia GTX1080 and an Intel HD630).

Try updating both drivers from the Nvidia and the Intel sites then see sections 7 & 8 here:

Hi

Tried this method, and it worked, but for just one day. Today I have the same issue all over again. I tried updating both my GPUs and my cintiq again, but the problem isn't going away anymore.
I also tried disabling my Intel GPU but it messed up both monitors.
Do you have any other suggestions? This thing is really driving me mad

Have you tried updating the drivers for the Wacom Cintiq? I know I have a new driver for my MobileStudio Pro.... so there could be a new driver out.

Hi

I tried updating the drivers, uninstalling them and installing them back up. I also tried updating my Nvidia drivers. Nothing changes.

Hi

To tackle the two issues separately.

1. On the Open GL issue -  In Preferences >Performance is Use Graphics Processor checked, and if so what Drawing mode is selected under advanced settings?

2. With grey saturated colours - do you have menu View >Proof colours checked? If so , uncheck it

Hi Dave

Thanks for answering

1) Use Graphic Processor is checked and drawing mode is set to Advanced

2) Proof Colors is not checked

As I said, I've been trying to find a solution for months and these were the first two things I tried. Changing the drawing mode doesn't solve the issue sadly
