Photoshop Jittery Cursor.

Brand new machine. (second one actually because Mac Store just replaced first machine because the genius bar couldn't explaing this issue below). 

When using Photoshop the cursor will jitter/stutter, this occurs when toggling between brush/color selecter (press option button) and also when selecting in Select and Mask.

Also, when PS is open this jittery cursor will appear in other apps. When PS is closed the cursor performs normally in the same apps.
