Photoshop just logged me out and now I'm stuck on a wrong account and can't use my license...

I found a post that said I should change my account in the creative cloud app, but that isn't loading up at all. Why exactly is something this basic not possible in photoshop itself? Instead of working I can now spend half an hour troubleshooting this mess...
