Photoshop keeps asking me to log in.

my photoshop is 1 version down from the latest. CC is logged in to the correct account but everytime i lunch photoshop from anywhere it asks me to log in even tho im already logged in CC. 

once i do there's an error message that prompts telling me to quit photoshop. and there's nothing i can do.

i then have to relaunch photoshop again before i can use it.

this happens every time i close the program without fail.
