Photoshop keeps asking me to pay for it when I have

Everytime I try to use photoshop it asks me to pay for it or use the 7 day free trial. I have already paid for it. So I go onto my account and try to buy it again but it says I already have the product. I am not sure what to do and I am login into the right account. Has this happened to anyone else before?

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.

Me too. Already paid for it once. How many times do you have to pay adobe for the same product?

'How many times do you have to pay adobe for the same product'

Once per month or once per year depending on your subscription. If you have a valid subscription and are getting trial messages follow the steps in the help article linked by Manan Joshi above.

adobe sucks, everytime I pay for the service yet everyting I try to complete a task it keeps telling me to sign up for the free trial. it takes me 30 minutes to figure out how to accomplish one task. Bye Felecia, rather go to docusign or a user friendly app.
