Photoshop keeps crashing!

The last few days, Photoshop 2020 has consitently kept crashing everytime I try and do anything at all. Sometimes it only takes a few seconds, and othertimes it takes a minute, but it won't stay open at all! Especially when I go to add text- if I do that, it crashes right then. I'm at a loss. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did nothing. Everything I do for my business is in Photoshop, so it is very frustrating as I can get nothing done. It seems like maybe this started happening after the latest update? All I know is Photoshop was literally working just fine for me 2 days ago. So I figure it must be a bug in the system, and am just hoping to resolve this issue fast, because as I said, it is important for me to have for my business. Any help is appreciated.

I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2013) running macOS Catalina 10.15.3

2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Try resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

I'm having the same problem. I deleted any font's I had downloaded in the past month. I reset my Photoshop preferences. Cleared my Cache. It crashes within a second or two when I try to use the text tool.

Version: photoshop 21.1.0. Windows 10.

*** Update 21.1.1 the issue solved (No crashing when I select text and so on).

For me too. About 10-15 crushes in 4-5 hours (Windows not mac).

Most of the time it happens when I selecting a word (mouse -> click twice -> select word -> bye hh)  and click "backslash" (delete).

Mine crashes very randomly. Sometimes it crashes even if I just open up a file.
