I have the same problem ...

Adobe blaming it on incompatible hardware is a cop out
- if an upgrade is hardware dependent then it shouldn't be PUSHED OUT
Wish I could stay with '2020' without paying the damned fees

Thanks, but none of those things have helped and my system is old, but not so old that it shouldn't be supported. I meet all the minimum requirements
