Photoshop keeps crashing very often when zoomed in and scroll
Hi everyone,
First of all, computer is not a issue, I have plenty of disk space, RAM and Processor. Photoshop is always updated and it never reaches maximum capacity. Details at the end.
Photoshop keeps crashing 1 out of 4 times when I zoom in 100% and scroll around the image.
It's very frustrating and time consuming, I have to work retouching skin and need to be zoomed in.
This is a deal breaker, I can't work streesed out by when the app is going to crash. Every time it happens you have to save the file *at least it allows to save it, and then close the app, open it again and continue. I lose track of what I was doing all the time so I have to use one layer for everything I do, just to know what is the last stroke or adjustment I did when it crashes, woeking like this it s just mad.
I also disabled the rulers and some things I saw in other threads. Nothing works.
I saw that this issue has been going on for a long time but haven't seen a solution. Disabling things on my computer *Graphics card, is not an option, I need the software to work on my computer, not the computer to adapt to the software. I can't and won't be changing the configuration for each app.
