Photoshop keeps crashing when I resize

I have searched other threads for solutions and tried these (in addition to updating my Mac OSX to the latest):

1) Reset Preferences

2)Photoshop>Preferences>Perfomance>Advanced - Uncheck OpenGL

3) Photoshop>Preferences>Perfomance>Advanced - Uncheck use graphics card to speed computation.

I don't know code, but this seems to be the important part of the crash report:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000020
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000020
Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 11 Segmentation fault: 11
Terminating Process: exc handler [8699]

Any help would be gratly appreciated.

Thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, not enough details there for us. A full crash log submitted through our system would be most helpful. I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html
