Photoshop keeps freezing when I'm using it

Hello, I am using photoshop 2020 on the Mac book pro 2019 running on Catalina, M yphotohsop keeps freezing and my keyboard doens't work.I have restarted it several time and the problem keeps happening.

If any one could help!

Hello, Can you post the contents of help>system info so that we have more info about your setup?

When does Ps freeze, what particular Keyboard issue are you facing?

Did you try to recreate your prefrences? go to the photoshop>preferences and click the button that says recreate prefrences on restart.

Hello, it freezes when I am using the pen tool and quick selection tool, when it freezes it wont let me select anything and I have to quite it also undos anything I have selected.
