Photoshop keeps opening Help Browser

Running up-to-date software on up-to-date Macbook.
Photoshop will open a browser window to the photoshop help community, seemingly for no reason.

It is usually after copy & pasting a drawing, the software will stutter and then open Help.

Very annoying,

I have no keyboard shortcut associated with opening the help browser.
