For the zoom, it moves incredibly slow and isn't as smooth and quick as before. I've tried fixing the preferences in the tool section for it to see if it helps but no change. For brushes when I select one it works for a bit, but then freezes the whole program. Also while I'm drawing there starts to be spots that freeze unless I move the canvas around frequently. Hopefully this can get fixed?

A couple of things.

1. You are not using the latest version of Photoshop. V21.0.0 is now available.

2. You are really at the minimal end of the specification for Photoshop in terms of RAM with less than 4MB and in terms of your GPU in which Open GL has been disabled and Open CL has crashed. You can try updating the driver for your Intel HD 620, from the Intel site, and see you can enable OpenGL in Preferences Performance
