Photoshop Lens Flare Help

Lens Flare Menu is blacked out, only OK and Cancel are shown, none of the other lens flare options nor the screen to move where the light comes from is present. I would like to find a solution to this glitch,

Looks like you're running an old version of Photoshop on a new mac with a new OS. Updated to the latest version.
