I bought adobe photoshop cc 2017, but every time i try to launch it it says that the trial period is over and i need a valid license, when i log in it say that they found no valid license related to my account. I tried to add it to my product list but it keeps asking for a serial number and i haven't received that. What should I do?

I would recommend signing out of CC manager along with any Adobe apps open and reboot your computer. Sign back in to CC Manager and check your CCM version in your preferences by clicking on the gear icon. Check to see what version of CC Manager you are on. It may need to be updated. We are on version 4.1.1.202.

Then go into apps an take a screen shot of what you are seeing.

What sort of subscription did you buy for Photoshop? If you aren't quite sure, what did it cost per month?
