Since updating yesterday, NIK DEFINE will not work....crashes PS

There is no update to Lightroom CC with that number, do you mean Lightroom CC 2015.10 (this is the latest update).

Or should you have referred to Adobe Photoshop CC 2017.1.0 which is the latest release of that application?
