Photoshop Lock Up

Ive been using Photoshop CS6 for years on my MacBook Pro. I decided to upgrade to the new iMac Pro because my MacBook was running slow and was about 6 years old.  Started using PhotosShop CC & Bridge CC on the new system and I have notice some major issues.  All of my work is compositing multiple images together.  Since using CC I have had PhotoShop lock up to where I can't save my files. Theres no way to even export them either. I can switch form image to image but I can't save anything. Very frustrating when you are 15 overlays deep on an image and waisted tons of time.  I have to just close PhotoShop and start over.  Bridge CC also seems to run way slower then my original Bridge version.  Anyone have any idea what the heck is up?  Tons of scratch disk has been allocated for Photoshop so I don't think thats the issue.

Are Photoshop and OS fully updated?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hello, where are you saving the files? locally, or on a shared drive?

Is it the case in all versions of Photoshop?

Post the beginning of help>system info to help us help you...

Using only Photoshop CC is where I’m having the issue. Saving files locally. It’s odd because I can switch from every open image on screen. But the bar on top of each image is white all three buttons stay white. When closing every image on screen photoshop doesn’t even ask to save the files. They just close.
