Photoshop loses focus until Esc/LMB is pressed

Hi again everyone.

I've almost done making my UberPanel with tool presets using Flex. Everything works fine except for a little annoying thing — after clicking the button on panel Photoshop loses focus on keyboard until Esc is pressed so I can't use hotkeys. I wonder if there's solution for that.
