O programa não abre, até dois dias atrás estava a funcionar normalmente.

Já desinstalei e instalei novamente e nada.

Versão 24.11 /Windows 11 64 bts./Ram 12 gb.

Hi @Karine24173357g1qa what do you mean won't open, when you launch Ps does it freeze or try to load then quit? We need a bit more info to be able to help.

You could try running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of the Adobe software before reinstalling it (yet again):  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
