Photoshop neural filter

Question

Bonjour, j'ai un soucis sur Photoshop les filtres neural filters ne fonctionnent plus, je les utilisaient jusqu'à présent, ils sont bien télécharger mais ne veulent plus rien savoir . Comment faire ?

Hi @mélanie318293249b9o First start with resetting your Photoshop preferences manually.

If that does not resolve, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
