Photoshop no longer opens after it was updated

I delayed updating because I was at deadline with work and I'm happy I did. After the update Photoshop (non of them, old versions OR new) will open. I get an error screen right away. I'm on an iMac with Big Sur 11.2 OS. Photshop was working fine this morning before I updated.... no I can't do anything.

      HI Photoshop programmers,

      I also updated the photoshop to V22.3.1 and now my PS is not starting up. It opens and then shuts down automatically without any error. Tried opening photos using Bridge but same error. 

       

      Any solution to this problem? Earlier there was no issues prior to updating the PS to current version.
