Photoshop not closing properly / multiple Adobe CEP HTML Engines

Hi,

everytime i close photoshop my taskmanager looks like this (picture below) and photoshop will not open up again.

I tried reinstalling (every adobe product) and updating (adobe and windows).

Couldnt find any solution on the webs.
