Photoshop not downloading error 183 yet the other apps in the suite have downloaded fine

I have purchased a plan. Laptop is windows 10, plenty of spec to cope with the apps.

 

LR, LRCC have downloaded fine, PS wont it just keeps saying error183 at 24% download. Tried reinstalling everything, restarted laptop.

 

All help appreciated please
