Photoshop not installing on Sonoma 14.4.1

I use Photoshop on a 2019 MacBook Pro. The OS is Sonoma 14.4.1. It's the latest version of Photoshop I assume, since it regularly updates from Creative Cloud automatically. It started to error out this afternoon. I tried re-opening the app several times, and even rebooted the computer, without success. Then I went to Creative Cloud and uninstalled and installed Photoshop. Right before 90% it says "Installation Failed". I've tried installing it four different times without success. I rebooted the computer as well. No success. All other Creative Cloud apps open fine.
