Photoshop not loading on iPad 16.3.1

Cannot access Photoshop on iPad 16.3.1

I've reloaded the app several times and I get to the subscription page but then nothing. My subscription is good till the end of the month.

The yearly plan for $79 or so a year. Expiry on 26th of March, and the app hasn't worked for a couple of weeks.

The yearly plan for Photoshop (desktop) that inclues the iPad version or the yearly plan for Photoshop for iPad?

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? Is it possible to sign out, then sign in with the same ID you used when you subscribed?
