Photoshop not opening downloaded templates

I am using Photoshop CC and I have downloaded many templates from Adobe Stock to use, but whenever I open any of them, I get an error that reads, "Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered". I have tried closing and re-opening photoshop, resetting my internet, resetting my computer, but none of them made a difference, any help would be much appreciated!
