photoshop not respondind

Photoshop 2021 does not respond at the initial launch after installation. The software freezes when the introduction window of new features appears.

I end the software by stoping it in Task Manager and it happens again when I start over.

I tired both restart my computer and reinstall the software several times but not helping.

I am using the latest version of Windows 10. Please help

Try resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

You can also trasn you user id applicataion data folder for Adobe Photoshop 2021. That will delet all saved data for your user ID use of Photoshop 2021 including you pregerences. You can the try startinf Photoshop 2021 with a clean slate.

Delete "C:\Users\(your user ID)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021"
