Photoshop not working!

I went to view and edit a couple of pictures this morning and Photoshop is not working properly! It only displays a portion of a picture and zoom in and/or out, and scrolling does not work either.  I have never had this issue before!  I have restarted both the MBP and Photoshop a couple of times. Thanks!

    Hi if you have updated your Photoshop to the latest update revert back it has some bugs which are in the notice of Adobe hope all will be fixed soon...regards

      See my post that I just made. It explains how Adobe has disconnected older versions of Photoshop from their servers, and the only option if this happens is to get another computer.
