Question

photoshop on ipad and pc

So this might not sound very easy. I am paying for Photoshop, which I have on my iPad. I want to install Photoshop on my PC, but I'm having problems. I attempt to download it, but it tells me to buy it or start a free trial. I have paid for it, therefore I don't see why I have to pay again. I'm confused about what to do. Also, on the creative cloud desktop where it says 'Your Plan', it says Photoshop plan. So I'm clueless about what to do now.

Thank you.

When you purchase a plan for Photoshop for iPad from Apple, it does not include Photoshop (desktop). When you purchase Photoshop (desktop) from Adobe, it includes Photoshop for iPad.

Which plan did you purchase (it's not clear)?

If you purchased Photoshop for iPad from Apple, you may need to work with Adobe Customer Care to combine the plans. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

You're welcome. 😊

To clarify: if you purchased the "Photography Plan" from Adobe, then just sign in with the same Adobe ID and PW on both devices. If you purchased from Apple's App Store, it is not reciprocal.
