Photoshop on Windows 10 Insider Preview 16215?

Question

I'm using Photoshop on Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16215, with the latest system and driver updates. Photoshop can open files, but when files are opened, it shows the tab with the file name, but nothing on below it, like this:

Is this just me or everybody else running the insider preview also have this problem? In Feedback Hub there is someone who posted that Adobe Premiere, Bridge, and Camera Raw does not show images and videos.
