photoshop opens a new window

I am fairly knew to photoshop and i recently starting a editing alot more frequently and after a new update i noticed that everytime i open a cr2 file i get a second winow popup. I would like to disable this and rever to the orignal way it opens, not this new format.

Hi this is camera raw file open option for cr2 you can check in preferences to turn it off....regards

I actually looked it up to try to disable it but i have no luck. If i am doing something wrong please havw patients an help, i am new but always appericate any and every help given. Thank you again.
