Photoshop opens but runs slow then stops

Question

I have a NUC Enthusiast 11th Generation with an NDVIA graphics card.  About a month ago I had this same problem and I updated the drivers from the Intel site.  My Photoshop did the same thing on Monday when I came to work, but this time updating the drivers did not solve it.
 
Any help or ideas are great.
 
I'm running from the creative cloud.  I use In Design and that's working fine.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind going to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info & sharing the information with us here?

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences
