Photoshop opens, but turns into this ...

For some reason when I open photoshop, this happens with the application (image). Anyone knows how to solve this?

Hi

Looks like an issue with your GPU driver, have you tried updating the GPU driver from the manufacturers website

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
