Photoshop opens to a workspace larger than screen

I opened Photoshop yesterday to find a workspace that was HUGE.  It looked as if the zoom was set to 150...but I didn't change any settings.  I installed the most recent update, but it still opens to a workspace that is too big to fit onscreen.

I also use Illustrator, but haven't had an issue like this.  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Paula

Thank you, Jeff.  I am on Windows. I found the setting and changed it to 100%, however, at first it would not save.  I couldn't navigate to the OK button because it was offscreen!  But, after looking at the same screen in Illustrator, I just Tabbed until I thought I might be on OK and eventually got it to stick!  So thanks again for your help!  Paula

If your using windows, in photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Interface and set the UI Scaling to 100% and then restart photoshop.
