photoshop opens with a black screen

Good evening,

When I try to open my Photoshop, this screen appears, I can't open my previous work or create a new one, could anybody help me with this,

    1. Resetting Preferences,
      or if that has no effect
    2. Run the Cloud Cleaner tool then reinstall.
