Photoshop or Lightroom keep using the All Other settings of the Wacom

I updated Photoshop 23.0.0 on my MacBook pro with MacOs Monterey version 12.0.1 and the settings of my Wacom tablet I configured for the Photoshop or Lightroom any application are completely ignored. I can only see All Other settings and cannot use my custom settings express keys.
