Hello, there is a program that allows you to use an iPad as a graphic tablet for the Mac; if you've seen the full version of Photoshop on it, it was running from the Mac, not from the iPad.

how do i open photoshop on my s6 lite tablet, i want to use the msm version of window, i saw a guy who used it on ipad, along with his mac, wanted to do the msm however windows version

Photoshop for iPad uses the IOS Operating System.

I am not sure exactly what Operating System your Samsung S6 Lite tablet uses, but even if it was Windows 10 or similar, the tablet is well short of  Photoshop's Minimum Requirements.

However, I think you will be able to run Photoshop Express on a Android tablet.  It might even be free.
