Photoshop paths on mac Mojave 10.14.06 viewing incorrectly

When I click on path the march ants show up perfectly but when I go and comapny it does not view what the path should be.

I have upgraded PS CC2019 and still have same issue.

Quick note it does not happen to all images just selected images
