Photoshop payed but can't download

Dear,

 

I recently payed for photoshop but can't download. It only gives me the possibility to ask for permission, but nothing happes afterwards.

 

Does someone knows what i have to do?

Hi @astrid29586914eh1u have you downloaded the Creative Cloud Desktop application? If not, download this first and you will install Photoshop via this application.

    Thx for your advice.

     

    Unfortunately, i already downloaded the creative claoud desktop app. But is still gives the same result. I have to ask for permission, but then nothing happes.
