Photoshop Print Module does not show standard Epson Paper Sizes - wont print 13x19

I'm (still) using my trusty Epson 2200, trying to print on 13x19 Epson Paper.

The CC 2017 Print Module no longer shows the standard Epson Paper sizes. When I build a custom 13x19 paper size and send my print to the printer I get a "media not loaded correctly" message. The only time this has happened recently was when I inadvertently selected a roll paper option. But for a custom paper size there is no facility to tell the printer whether this is a plain sheet (which it is) or a roll paper.

HELP I have SOLD prints I need to produce!!!!
