Photoshop problem with Graphic Tablet (Veikk S640) Pen tap

Hey everyone, quick question, my tablet is working properly with Photoshop in the first minute when I created a new document. But one minute later or I create new layers, it's required to double-tap the pen to make a line in the brush tool, but that's not happening in the first minute I'm using it every time. Any suggestions anyone?

Anyway, I'm using Photoshop CS6
