Photoshop question

I pay monthly for my adobe photoshop cc 2017. Creative cloud asked if I wanted to try the adobe photoshop cc 2018 trail, so I did. After the trail I couldn't open my adobe photoshop cc 2017. When I try to open a file into my cc 2017, it says, can't open. So I was thinking maybe cc 2017 was accidentally deleted. But I checked my creative cloud and it shows an invoice for this month to use. What can I do?

Thank you Barb for your response. I looked and it doesn't gave that as an option. It only says view tutorials and uninstall. There's nothing that says other versions

It sounds like it might have reverted to Trial Version.

When you install a new version, the default is to remove the old one. You can change this but for now, you just need to reinstall Photoshop from your CC Desktop app:

  1. Open the CC Desktop app > Apps
  2. Click the disclosure triangle next to Open on the Photoshop row > Other Versions
  3. Pick the one you want to install
