Photoshop randomly won't recognize actions like painting with a brush or erasing

Hi,

I discovered an annoying problem in Photoshop (using Windows 10 & Wacom Cintiq).

Randomly (every few minutes), Photoshop won't recognize actions like painting with a brush, erasing, changing a layer etc.

Here is one example: After painting for around 2 minutes, a random brush stroke will not be drawn on the layer I'm working on... and also not show up in the history. Of course I can redo the brush stroke and continue working... but the problem keeps repeating after a few minutes.

I hope anybody knows a solution since this is really annoying!
