Photoshop recent update Problem.

After New update, PS would not open. I Uninstalled it and won't download & reinstall - P50 Error. Win 10 OS.

I also tried to download/install from an ALTERNATE source without success.

Is anyone else having this issue??? or is this likely to be my system error?
