Photoshop saved a glitch on another canvas?

I was working on an image and noticed a purple glitch on one of the layers. So I saved what I was working on and reopened the image and the purple glitch appeared again, it appears it used over images I was working on and glitched into the next canvas.

I'll be honest, I don't know what's going on. Has anyone seen this before?
