Photoshop saving as TIFF

Hello. I have a problem with photoshop. I’ve been trying to save a 2m x 78 cm banner i created for a customer. I need this banner in a Large file size for Print with no degrade when saving. Now as far as i know TIFF would be my best option. Now everytime i safe it as TIFF, it is saved in a 1:1 Ratio. So instead of the 2m x 78cm it saves the canvas as 78x78 cm. Now how to i change it so it saves the whole image and not just a section of the canvas. I am very confused and I’ve been trying to figure it out for over 3 days now. I hope you can help me..

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

What are the image’s pixel dimensions (Image > Image Size)?

psb is also an option for saving images above 2GB filesize.
