photoshop says i have no images?

I am very new at photoshop and im trying teach myself this whole process. i have saved many images that i wasted to start practiving on but when i go to open a new project my saved tab is empty. Not even the practice images provided by adobe would load.

    Do you want to refer problem with File > New dialog? Or you are using Window > Learn?

     

    What is displayed on Recent tab in File > New? What you mean by "Not even the practice images provided by adobe would load. " You can not download images/templates from Adobe Stock or something else?
